To All Scout Leaders:
As part of our community outreach, we are pleased to make our facilities available to the Scouting Program. However, we do ask that some regulations be followed:
1. Use only the room assigned - either Fellowship Hall or the Library, unless otherwise designated.
The Nursery is not to be used by any outside group. During the week it is a Kindergarten class for an outside school.
2. Children are to be under the supervision of an adult at all times, indoors and outdoors.
3. Rooms used are to be left clean. Any food dropped on the floor should be swept up.
4. All doors are to locked at the end of your meeting. All lights are to be turned out.
Enclosed is a copy of our general regulations for use of the building. We ask that they be reviewed by all leaders and assistants.
Also, please be aware that there will be times that your schedules will conflict with church activities. The church calendar is only made up 1 or 2 months in advance. At these times we will make every effort to place your group in another room, but there may be a time when we ask you to reschedule your program.
If there are any questions, please feel free to contact me at the church. We wish to continue what has been a good relationship with leaders and scouts.
Sincerely,
Nancy Lowrie
